Jakub Hejl

Jakub Hejl is the co-founder and the driving force behind Westside Capital Group as its president. He is a highly regarded real estate developer and investor of Czech American descent. As the founder and president of Westside Capital Group, a prominent real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami, Florida, Hejl has consistently showcased exceptional leadership and expertise in the field. With a successful career spanning over a decade, he has played a pivotal role in numerous high-value real estate transactions in the United States and Europe. Hejl's unwavering dedication to his work and active involvement in charitable initiatives serve as a testament to his commitment to positively impacting his community and beyond. Born on January 9, 1989, in Prague, Czech Republic, Hejl's upbringing in a modest background within a newly formed democracy, with emerging capitalistic principles, shaped his determination to pursue entrepreneurial goals in the real estate industry later in life. At 15, he immigrated to the United States to pursue his education. Hejl attended the prestigious IMG Academy in Sarasota, Florida, and subsequently enrolled at the University of Miami. Throughout his academic journey, he demonstrated exceptional academic prowess. 

He earned a business degree in Finance and Real Estate, with a minor in Economics, from the esteemed School of Business at the University.  Hejl graduated with honors, highlighting his intellectual capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit, which he consistently nurtured throughout his educational pursuits. Hejl's professional trajectory in the real estate industry commenced with a position as a real estate investment banking analyst in New York City. This early experience gave him invaluable insights into real estate investment's intricacies. Hejl further honed his skills and expanded his knowledge at DRA Advisors, a private equity real estate firm in New York. Additionally, he gained valuable expertise while working at Westbrook Partners, another distinguished private equity real estate firm with offices in New York and London.
